Technical Research Analyst
About The Position
About us:

Watchful’s unique technology taps a gold mine of information hidden within mobile apps, enabling businesses to gain a deeper understanding of changes their competitors made in their latest release or gain critical information about A/B tests and new features months before they are released, as well as gain a deeper understanding of marketing strategies, market trends, consumer behavior and more.
About the position:
We are looking for a talented Technical Research Analyst who can combine analytical thinking, technical understanding and exploration skills. In this position you will be the first person to discover new features in popular mobile apps, using both manual and automated tools that we develop. As part of your responsibilities, you will also analyze marketing strategies, consumer trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for our clients.
Requirements
Requirements (must):
- Bachelor’s degree or course in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in writing / reading programming code
- Previous experience in the tech industry
Requirements (advantage):
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think innovatively
- Strong analytical, explorational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively perform both manual and automated tasks, demonstrating a willingness to tackle challenging assignments with dedication and diligence.
